So after learning the C language which is the mother of all languages your life will become easy in the Web Development field. After learning the C language you will understand syntax and also the basics of programming languages. In a nutshell, the language you need to learn first is the C language.

After learning the C language, You've understood the basics of programming languages, So after that, you need something different maybe the latest and efficient language, You need to learn C++ after C language, and after that learn Python or Ruby. Python is a very efficient and latest programming language which is used worldwide by many programmers for so much time. Python is very easy and very easy to use. As you have learned the C language, So you know the basics of programming languages and know how to use programming languages so you can easily learn Python after learning the C language.
